RIDEAPP RETURN & REFUND POLICY:-
RIDEAPP and the Merchants (as the case may be) reasonably endeavor to comply with your special instructions for an Order. However, in some cases where this is not feasible, possible or commercially reasonable, RIDEAPP and/or the Merchants reserve the right to proceed to prepare the Order in accordance with standard operating procedures. Neither RIDEAPP nor the Merchants shall be responsible to replace or refund an Order which does not conform to special instructions provided by you.
Your order history will only hold your successful orders, and in case of failed online payment, the Order amount will be refunded to your RIDEAPP account as RIDEAPP credit which will take place within 7-14 days.
Refund Process:
Refunds for transactions will be made onto the original mode of payment. The processing time for refunds is within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Merchant Responsibilities:
The merchant is obligated to clearly detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy on the website. This information is vital to inform cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.
Instances Eligible for Refund:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
